Alexander Property is our family-run property business. We own and directly manage our rental homes and make our own decisions about the properties we buy, so tenants and sellers deal with the people actually responsible for the next step.
Alexander Property was built around a simple idea: property works better when the people making the decisions remain directly involved.
That principle shapes both sides of the business. Tenants deal directly with the people responsible for their homes, while sellers deal directly with the people assessing their property and making the offer.
Our size is deliberate. It allows us to communicate personally, make considered decisions and take responsibility for what we do.
